DIY Valentine’s Mugs and Plates made with Nail Polish!  Repurpose old mugs and plates (or thrift them) and use dollar store nail polish to make the MOST ADORABLE Valentine’s Day themed decor & gifts.

These mugs and plates are super easy (and affordable) to create and great in a time crunch.  Make a cute jewelry tray for yourself or an extra special handmade gift for your sweetheart.  Check out the how to video here or  here or here!

Materials:

  • Old or thrifted mugs and plates
  • Nail Polish

How-To:

Start by making a V shape with nail polish on the mug.  Go back over the V shape again with the brush and wiggle the brush gently to fill in and add to the heart shape.  Make heart shapes in a random pattern or the pattern of your choice on the mug or plate.  I also added dots for fun. Have fun creating these DIY Valentine’s Mugs & Plates!
