Materials:

• Canvas Drop Cloth ($8 and 1 drop cloth will make 3 table runners)
• Permanent Markers
• Stencil Letters – or print a font you like from online and cut it out
• Star stencil – (or again print out stars from online)

How-To:

Cut the drop cloth to table runner size.  Rip strings from around the canvas edges to create the fringe (this takes the longest amount of time).  Position your letters and symbols where you’d like and use a marker to trace them.  Once the outline of the letters is done, use the marker to color it in and you’re done.  Below is another idea for a more rustic look.  Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas!  Check out @theeffortlessgirl for more DIY Ideas!
