Materials:
- Cardboard paper towel roll core
- Candy Hearts
- Hot Glue
How-To:
Cut cardboard roll into napkin ring pieces. Glue candy hearts in rows around the ring. Pro Tip – alternate the direction of the hearts each row for a tighter fit. You can even add a dollar store napkin that you can stamp or paint a heart on for a little extra love!
