Materials:
- Flannel Pajama Set (top and bottoms)
- Scissors
- Glue
- Paper Towel Roll Cardboard Core (for napkin rings)
- Cone Shape (for trees)
- Piece of Cardboard (for coasters)
- Adhesive velcro – if you want to make pillows
- Embellishments if wanted
How-To:
Start by cutting the legs off of the pants. These will be the pillows. Cut to the length you want and add strips of adhesive velcro to either end. I used them to cover pillows I already had and can remove the cover after the holidays are over. You can tuck in the edges or cut them into strips for fringe. I added embellishments to some and not others.

For the trees, I cut strips of flannel and twisted them. Then I glued one end onto the cone shape and wrapped the piece around the cone until the shape is covered. It’s that simple.

To make the coasters I cut flannel fabric and glued it around a circular and also square piece of cardboard. I did the same thing for the napkin rings. Cut the flannel fabric and wrap it around a piece of paper towel roll cardboard core cut into napkin ring size. Then glue the fabric onto the cardboard. FYI the cuffs on the shirt sleeves make the perfect napkin ring wrappers. The buttons from the pajamas make cute embellishments or you could use bits of berries, greenery, or whatever holiday sparkle you’d like. It’s super easy.
