Materials:
- Container
- Gold, Silver, Black Art Paint
- Sponge
- Craft Bells
- Ribbon
- Old Leather Belt
- Glue
How To:
Sponge 2-3 coats of gold or silver paint onto container and let dry in between coats. If you want your bells to look new you’re done. To antique the bells add black art paint (tiny bits at a time and dab then smear the paint to give it an antique look.
Once the paint is fully dry glue a piece of leather into the center for the hanger and you can also add a loop for the handle on top. Glue a craft bell onto the end of the leather.
